Data is managed between the group, RoSPA Advanced Drivers & Riders, East Lancs Riders (ELR) and their hosting company, Membermojo.

Data is stored by Membermojo within secure servers, located within a purpose built data centre within the UK. The companies that host the data are ISO 27001 certified.

​

On line payments such as PayPal or Credit Card payments are made directly between the payee and ELR and no details of the payment method is held on Membermojo’s systems.

​

The mailing system sends emails to individual members. A member receiving an email cannot see another members email address.

​

Administrators access of ELR membership database is controlled by an email and verified browser.

Access to this data is given on a need only basis, decided by the current Committee. Those individuals that have current access are:

ELR Membership Secretary

ELR Secretary 

ELT  Training Manager

​

Details held by Membermojo will be deleted 12 months after a member leaves, unless the member requests this be done earlier.
